This YA Fantasy will also appeal to adults. It’s a satirical look at the nature of sin and redemption. A very good read!

    The Kill Club sounds like a compelling thriller, might add it to my neverending thriller TBR. My week consisted of some middle of the road thrillers, so not great haha. I hope the coming week will bring us some great reads 🙂

      I’m waiting on the Novella but I can honestly say that the Devil’s Apprentice and The Kill Club are both 5 star reads – very different, but totally worth the read❤️

    The Kill Club sounds great! I am so happy I came across your blog. I thought I would recommend a psychological thriller I just read (I am going out on a limb here but I really think you will enjoy it!) It’s called “Ain’t No Messiah” by Mark Tullius(https://www.marktullius.com). The main character, Joshua, has grown up being told that he is the second coming of Jesus Christ. Having said that, he clearly lives with an extremely messed up and abusive family, as well as a cult-like over-the-top church. Joshua is desperately trying to figure out who he really is and escape from his psychologically scarring/damaging situation.This book is dark, twisted, unique and my book club loved it. I am a huge fan of Chuck Palahniuk and Stephen King and this author definitely has a similar disturbing point of view. I really hope you will check it out.
