Top Ten Tuesday | Recent or Upcoming Releases I Need Help Deciding On

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Today’s Top Ten Tuesday was a freebie, so I looked through the old prompts and chose: Top Ten Recent or Upcoming Releases I Need Help Deciding On because I’ve grown tired of trying to rush through books in order to get a review out by publication. That means I have a small backlog sitting on my NetGalley shelf (and truthfully a bigger one of my physical shelves).

  1. The Typo by Emily Kerr
  2. Love You Mean It by Jilly Gagnon
  3. Every Time I Go On Vacation Someone Dies by Catherine Mack
  4. Attached at the Hip by Christine Riccio
  5. Draw Down the Moon by P.C. & Kristin Cast
  6. Lost Man’s Lane by Scott Carson
  7. The Perfect Guy Doesn’t Exist by Sophie Gonzalez
  8. The Ministry of Time by Kaliane Bradley
  9. The Sleepwalkers by Scarlett Thomas
  10. The Dangerous Ones by Lauren Blackwood

Have you read any of these? Or, what’s a recent or upcoming release that you need help deciding on?

  1. The only one of these that I have read is Every Time I go on Vacation. I wouldn’t rush to read it if you have other choices although other reviewers have loved it.

    1. I never request books anymore – they just keep inundating me with widgets. Maybe that’s why I’m feeling less inclined to read them if I have something that interests me more.

  2. These all look like they would be good ones, but the only one on my TBR is Every Time I Go on Vacation, Someone Dies.

  3. The Perfect Guy Doesn’t Exist looks cute! The Cast’s book.. I would let sit. I haven’t seen good reviews and I have a hard time with their books. I stopped reading them a while ago.
