Today is International Women's Day! The day when we celebrate the achievements of women around the world and promote how to further making the world a gender equal one. I read many, many, many women authors, so many that I have been asked if I only read women authors - I don't, but I do acknowledge that the vast majority of my favorite authors are indeed women. My #currentread is written by a woman - The Once and Future Queen: Curse of the Celts by Clara O'Connor. It's book 2 in a #yafantasy trilogy, and I have hardly been able to take my nose out of it.

Happy Friday! It's time to start thinking about your weekend reads because the weekend is the best time to lose yourself in the world of books. This weekend I'm reading the YA Thriller - The Last Secret You'll Ever Keep by Laurie Faria Stolarz and when I finish that I will start The Once and Future Queen: Curse of the Celts by Clara O'Connor. So a little thrills and a little fantasy.
