The Three Ws are:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?

This is a book I’m reading for a Halequin Trades mystery/thriller blog tour. I’m starting it today, and I’m not sure what my first impressions are. The cover is kind of creepy since it it’s a face with a lack of expression leaning towards a glare. And the blurb is intriguing 🧐
Never Saw Me Coming by Vera Kurian

I love this series. Jeff Wheeler, in general, has repeatedly blown away with his imagination for epic fantasy stories. This is the third book in a four book series, and I love where it took the story. It’s a loose retelling of the King Arthur story, which immediately intrigued me. Some stories never grow old.

I can’t for the life of me remember how I came about getting this ARC. The reviews are very good though and that blurb totally pulls me right in. The cover is what has me spending a little time scratching my head. There’s something about it that just doesn’t sit right with me and I can’t figure out what it is.

What are you reading this week? Anything that you’re particularly excited about?
They sound like great books. I am struggling to read one book. Not because it isn’t a good read, but because there are not enough hours in the day.

I really need to start that Jeff Wheeler series. The description really grabs me, and the way you rave about it I know I’d enjoy it.

I like the sound of The Necklace. I think the first one would prove too dark for me, and I’m not sure I could get behind the protagonist.
I’m currently reading The Dime Museum Murders, book 1 in the Harry Houdini mystery series. So far I’m enjoying it!

It sure does. It sounds like an unusual amount of creepy for a Harlequin Trade book but I’ll see soon enough.

I hope you enjoy all your upcoming reads Tessa. I am reading Under a Whispering Door, but I have had more people stop over to swim in the last few days that I am not very far into it. Maybe tomorrow, I will have more time.

I say swim and enjoy friends while the weather is still warm. There will be time enough for lots of reading once the weather turns ❤️

I totally agree, it will only be a few more weeks before I have to close it up for the season.

Happy Thursday! 🤗 I haven’t read any of these books, so thank you for highlighting them!
I wasn’t able to finish any books last week since school started and I’m trying to rework my schedule to make time for reading. I talk about it more in my WWW Wednesday:
