The Book Blogger Hop was originally created by Jennifer @ Crazy-For-Books in March 2010 and ended on December 31, 2012. With Jennifer’s permission, Billy @ Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer relaunched the hop on February 15, 2013. Each week the hop will start on a Friday and end the following Thursday. There will be a weekly prompt featuring a book related question. The hop’s purpose is to give bloggers a chance to follow other blogs, learn about new books, befriend other bloggers, and receive new followers to their own blog.
Question:
If you go trick-or-treating with your favorite book character, who would it be?
(submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)
Answer:

In a recent Instagram post, I said I would dress up as Laila from The Gilded Wolves trilogy for Halloween, so I guess if I did that I would want to go trick-or-treating with Severin. Though, I’m afraid he would be moody and distracted by the next possible quest. I couldn’t go with Zophia because she might eat all the sugar cookies on my tray. So, I guess that leaves Enrique. I’m sure he would be happy to go with me. So, the ever dependable Enrique it is!

I would also love to go Arwen – I do have the necklace after all ❤️. If I went as Arwen, I would have to have Strider/Aragorn by my side because he is always the one by my side. Though there would be lots of good choices if he wasn’t available, still, I think, it has to be him.

A third choice would be to go as Fable. Now if I went as her, I’m not sure who I would want by my side. Each and every choice would, more than likely, try to steal my candy and what fun would that be. I guess if I go as Fable, I would just have to go by myself as there are no suitable choices to ensure a good and proper sugar coma at the end of the night.
Now it’s your turn – you go trick-or-treating with or as your favorite book character – who do you go with and/or as?

This I can’t answer because I don’t do this

Your probably lucky in that. It’s usually not as fun as you build it up in your head to be ❤️

Aww, this is such a fun question! We don’t have trick or treating here, sadly. But I think I would take Kaz with me if there was trick or treating as I am sure he would be able to charm his way to getting more candy. 😛 And otherwise Inej can go inside sneakily and get some if people are not giving out. 😛

Good thinking! I love your answer. It’s a shame you don’t have tricking or treating because you would be so good at it 👻

You’d have a fabulous time with Enrique! Fantastic choice. And trick-or-treating with Aragorn can never be a bad idea.

Lol. 🤣 I would have a protector and someone who may intimidate people into giving me more candy all rolled into one. 👻

From your answers it sounds like you’d have a really great time whoever you went with 😄

I would go with Frances Price, the main character in French Exit by Patrick de Witt. She was a woman who always got what she wanted. So there’d be no word of chocolate or lollipops or nuts. No, people would offer her diamonds and champagne, so yes, definitely her.

Now that is some adult trick- or-treating! I like it.

A fun post, Tessa. I’ve read LoTR and the Gilded Wolves series and Fable are on my kindle thanks to your reviews. I’d probably go trick or treating with Rabbit, the 10 year old from A Boy Named Rabbit. He’d be totally amazed at the strangeness of the whole experience.

That would be fun! I’d love to experience it with someone who would be amazed by the craziness 😊
